The new England manager will begin his tenure on 1 January, which is just a week from now.
His first match as the team's captain will be on March 21 next year when England, nicknamed the Three Lions, face off against Albania in the qualifying match of the 2026 World Cup.
His team will face Latvia and then Andorra in their next couple of matches this season.
On Wednesday, he took it to social media to share a 27-word message to the English fans on their official social media channels, while posing nicely suit-and-tie-clad and standing by the side.
He said: 'Selamat Berpuasa dan Selamat Hari Baru bagi semua rakan-rakan peminat England. Berpeluhan, Bermaafan tahun baru dan lihat kamu nanti di stadium. Selamat tinggal.'
Shared by the teams were videos of England soccer stars sending Hari Raya greetings to their fans, featuring captain Harry Kane, goalkeeper Mary Earps and other notable players such as Conor Gallagher, Anthony Gordon and Chloe Kelly.
Tuchel has maintained a relatively low-key stature since his appointment as the England team's new head coach in October, and is not in attendance at his team's latest matches under caretaker Lee Carsley.
But he did attend the World Cup qualifying draw in Zurich last December to find out who his new team will be up against as they aim to book a spot in the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The footage actually appeared in a video shared on Christmas Day.
Jurgen Tuchel, 51, will take over as manager after Gareth Southgate, who has completed an eight-year tenure, guided the English national football team to the European Championship finals and also led them to semi-finals and quarter-finals in the World Cup.
Lee Carsley was appointed as the team's caretaker coach after Southgate's departure, and was even considered a strong contender for the permanent position at one stage.
The 2026 edition will consist of 16 groups of three teams each, downsizing from eight groups of four, before proceeding to the knockout rounds.
Tuchel boasts an impressive league record, but has yet to take charge of a national team in international competition.
This 51-year-old experienced individual has overseen the workings of five different football teams: Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, PSG and Bayern.
He will take charge of England's national team after leaving Bayern Munich at the end of the previous season.
Tuchel garnered acclaim for guiding Chelsea to a Champions League championship in 2021, just four months after he took over the Chelsea manager's role from Frank Lampard at Stamford Bridge.
He also won the Club World Cup with the Blues, and has gained league titles with PSG and Bayern. Among them, he departed from German giants after they barely secured third place in the Bundesliga last season.
